ORDER OF THE DAY

Following the Policy Statement issued by the leadership of the State of Acheh in exile in Sweden in response to the Declaration of War by the colonial government of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) against Acheh, we the Commander of the Acheh National Armed Forces, do hereby declare that:

1. The Acheh National Armed Forces (TNA)support fully the said Policy Statement and will carry it out accordingly in the field.

2. The TNA shall formulate carefully a list of military targets as well as government civil installations and personnel in Acheh that will not be excepted any longer from our attacks. For the present and in general, shall be included in this list Indonesian government's occupational civil administration installations including offices from the lowest levels in the villages to that of the Governor's. The civilian personnel that will be included in the targets include chief of villages (Kades) appointed during the Martial Law/Civil Emergency. Will not be included in this list are the Geuchiks (traditional village chiefs) elected by the people even if they have to perform work assigned to them by the colonial government. The installations that will be included in the list of targeted attacks shall include buildings which were originally not part of the colobial war machine, such as private buildings, shops, houses, transport terminals, vehicles, etc., but have now changed functions due to being occupied by the military.

3. We call on all the people of Acheh to avoid the places that have been declared as targets and not to have any dealing with the colonial administratiive officials unless absolutely necessary.

4. To all the members of the TNA it is hereby instructed that they always maintain discipline and act only after receiving a clear order from their respective commanders.
